Taieri Gorge & Seasider Trains
Dunedin Railways provide scenic and historic train trips into the spectacular Central Otago Hinterland and up the rugged Otago coast north of Dunedin, New Zealand. The train stations along the way are unique Victorian buildings or tiny country town stops. The Taieri Gorge Railway is of the world’s great train trips and an excellent day out from Dunedin. You can also use it as a fun way to access the start of the Central Otago Rail Trail and the Alps to Ocean Cycleway.
